Transport Management System (TMS)

The system keeps track of normal maintenance as well as repair. You can track each fleet object by days or kilometres.  Each time maintenance is performed, the system keeps track of the date, mi/km, parts, labor, service provider, costs, and repair vendor comments. A preventive and repair history is automatically generated, listing all of the maintenance performed on each vehicle.

The system’s powerful reporting capabilities let you perform maintenance checks for all the vehicles, by department, by location, or for individual fleet.

In addition to the vehicle history report, the system provides general vehicles information database, a fuel consumption log, an insurance log, and a current maintenance status report which gives you a snapshot of a fleet object.
